My first experience in the kitchen started when I was 14 years old — and from that moment, I knew I had found my passion.
I graduated from a professional culinary institute, turning that passion into a lifelong vocation.
For me, cooking is an act of love — a way to create emotions and unforgettable memories through dishes that become true works of art.
When you see that unmistakable expression of pleasure on a guest’s face after the first bite, you know you’ve done something special.
Passion has always been the main ingredient in my journey, enriched by study, technique, and constant curiosity.
I believe in respecting raw ingredients, their seasonality, and their origins — because only by truly understanding what you cook can you bring out its full potential.
Today, after years of experience in different kitchens and international teams, I keep pursuing the perfect balance between taste, aesthetics, and authenticity.
