Alexandra Tikhomiroff is an independent and nomadic chef based in Aix-en-Provence. Passionate about cooking since her early years, it was when she became a vegetarian a few years ago that she decided to share her passion and recipes through her Instagram.

After working in communication for several years, she took the leap in January 2022 and reoriented her career to turn her passion into a profession. Initially self-taught and later trained at the plant-based cooking school Vert La Table near Marseille, she spent several months working in the kitchen of EPI, an independent farm shop in the 18th arrondissement of Paris. She then moved to Café Tulipe in Avignon, where she offered an evening menu focused on sharing plates. Her culinary journey also takes her to private homes for chef-at-home services and festive meals, as well as to well-being retreats, corporate events, and cooking workshops.

Alexandra specializes in vegetarian, flavorful, and inventive cuisine. She places a strong emphasis on seasonal and local products to showcase the freshness and uniqueness of her region. Color and condiments play a crucial role in her cooking, drawing inspiration from street food and global cuisines. She also adapts to different dietary preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free.

In her own words: "Cooking with plant-based ingredients is, for me, a great source of creativity, novelty, and discovery. Since I became vegetarian, I've never eaten such a diverse, colorful, and flavorful array of dishes."
