am a professionally trained chef, with my culinary education rooted in the South of France — a region renowned for its rich gastronomic heritage. My career has taken me through some of London’s most prestigious kitchens, including working for the legendary Raymond Blanc s bakery ,Maison blanc , as well as at esteemed establishments such as Soho House, Alfred’s Private Club in Mayfair, and the iconic Rules Restaurant.
Rising through the ranks to Head Chef, I’ve spent years perfecting my craft, creating dishes that balance classic techniques with contemporary flair. My passion for gastronomy led me to open my own restaurant, Lime & Lemon, in Benalmádena — now regarded as one of the area’s top dining destinations.
Today, I offer bespoke private dining experiences, bringing restaurant-quality cuisine directly to your home or special event. Each menu is personally designed, tailored to your tastes, and crafted with the finest seasonal ingredients.
Whether it’s an intimate dinner, celebration, or corporate gathering, my aim is to deliver unforgettable, beautifully curated dining experiences.
