I have been a kitchen lover for as long as I can remember... my mother didn't let me cook until I was 12... and since then, there isn't a day that I don't open the fridge to see what I cook... until I started professionally in numerous restaurants of Mediterranean food, playing a great variety of dishes and giving me a huge professional experience until the destiny took me to London where I learned the incredible art of sushi: I worked with great Japanese and Brazilian chefs.

It was fantastic! We had chef Pablo and his team come to our villa to cook us a lovely meal before our stag do before embarking upon Marbella! Pablo was great with organising everything prior to his arrival and it all went down without any issues. Would highly reccomend!

Chef Pablo zou voor mijn 40ste verjaardag in Spanje een lunch maken voor 8 personen. Helaas werd hij ziek en communiceert dit vrij laat. Zijn vervanger Beny heeft het goed overgenomen, maar ik ging een tikkeltje gestresst op vakantie hierdoor. Pablo had de wijn ook voor ons geregeld, fijn maar ik heb voor 8 flessen 165 euro moeten betalen. Ik kwam dezelfde fles wijn tegen in de supermarkt in Spanje voor 1.95 per stuk... Dit valt me erg tegen, hij heeft veel te veel gerekend per fles! Al met al een mooie ervaring, maar prijs kwaliteit niet in verhouding!
