I’ve been working professionally as a chef since 2016, turning a lifelong passion for food into an international career across Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, and Australia. My cooking roots come from Southern Italy, where family recipes, fresh ingredients, and respect for tradition shaped how I see food — simple, honest, and full of flavour.
Over the years I’ve expanded into Mediterranean and Asian fusion cuisine, working with grill, wok, robata, pizza, and high-volume seasonal kitchens. I love creating dishes that balance comfort and creativity — food that feels familiar but still surprises you. One thing I’m especially proud of is blending Italian flavours with Japanese techniques to create unique fusion plates that guests remember.
I’m a flexible chef who enjoys teamwork, fast-paced environments, and constantly learning. Whether it’s a refined dinner, relaxed sharing plates, or a lively seasonal kitchen, my goal is always the same: great flavour, good energy, and happy guests
