I am a professionally trained chef and pastry chef with a Grand Diplôme from Le Cordon Bleu Madrid, one of the world's most prestigious culinary schools. My passion for cooking has been with me for many years, and throughout my career I have worked as a chef, pastry instructor, private cooking teacher, and food content creator. My style is rooted in Mediterranean cuisine, with a strong focus on fresh ingredients, seasonal produce, and homemade dishes prepared with care and attention to detail. I also have a deep love for pastry and desserts, which allows me to create complete dining experiences from starter to dessert. What I enjoy most is designing personalized menus that reflect each guest's tastes and create memorable moments around the table. Whether it is an elegant dinner, a family gathering, or a special celebration, my goal is always the same: to offer delicious food, beautiful presentation, and a warm, professional experience. One of the dishes I am most proud of is my traditional Beef Bourguignon, slow-cooked to perfection and full of rich, comforting flavors. It perfectly represents my philosophy: combining classic techniques, quality ingredients, and a genuine love for cooking.
