J'ai fais confiance au chef Régi pour célébrer mes 30ans, je n'ai rien d'autre à dire que... Incroyable, une facilité d'organisation, une précisions dans les détails, il est arrivé pile à l'heure prévue, chaque service était incroyable, j'espérais épater mes convives et merci beaucoup Régi ça a super bien marcher ! À refaire je ne changerais rien ! Encore merci beaucoup, une chose est sur on se recroisera ! ;-)

Wij hebben op 14/12/2024 Chef Ilse mogen ontvangen bij ons thuis. Wij hebben alleen maar lovende woorden voor Chef Ilse als Keukenfee. De communicatie voorafgaand aan deze avond verliep bijzonder vlot, waarbij er werd geluisterd naar onze wensen. Chef Ilse is bijkomend een zeer lieve en warme vrouw waardoor wij onmiddellijk wisten dat het een geslaagde avond ging worden. Het eten was super lekker en achteraf was ook de keuken spik en span. To be clear, we didn't have the chance to have Chef Réginald Smit at home, because he sent his sous-Chef Bryan Gomez instead. I think Chef Réginald should be more transparent about who will be present at the event, hence the lower score in professionalism. HOWEVER, Chef Bryan Gomez was absolutely fantastic as the "replacement". Having learned from Chef Réginald, I wouldn't have expected anything less! Bryan was kind and patient with us, and always polite in any circumstances. He was focused on his tasks, even when we kept asking him questions. He served us a delicious selection of dishes. We definitely had an excellent dinner, and my guests were amazed by the quality of it all ! Overall, I highly recommend Bryan Gomez on any circumstances, and recommend Chef Réginald's fine cuisine.

Chef Sherwin heeft voor ons een overheerlijke smaakexplosie geserveerd, alle gerechten waren even fotogeniek en met liefde bereid. Wij hadden 5 gangen, er werd niets overhaast opgediend, en ook de pauzes waren niet te lang. Met diëet wensen werd prima rekening gehouden en ook zeek smaakvolle vegetarisch gerechten werden klaar gemaakt. Voor herhaling vatbaar!!

Pim en zijn vrouw zijn zeer professioneel. Het eten was erg lekker en de communicatie goed. Zeker een aanrader.

Ik kan deze chef-kok van harte aanbevelen. Hij verzorgde n walking diner voor 30 personen. Alles was perfect geregeld. En hoe fijn is het dan dat na afloop ook de keuken weer helemaal schoon is. Kwaliteit van het eten was geweldig!

Pascal had voor ons een heerlijk 5-gangen diner gekookt, op mijn verzoek zonder vlees en vis. De passende wijnen (plus toelichting) bij de gangen en de fijne service maakten het een onvergetelijke avond. Bij een volgend diner zou ik Pascal zo weer inhuren en beveel hem warm aan!

Ariënne heeft een heerlijk viergangenmenu samengesteld, rekening houdend met persoonlijke dieetwensen van de aanwezigen. Ze had vanwege de grootte van de groep nog een collega meegenomen om haar te helpen met oa serveren. Ze vond snel haar weg in onze keuken en heeft het aan het einde van de avond ook brandschoon achtergelaten. De communicatie was goed. We hebben een heerlijke avond gehad.

Chef steffie zhong heeft een mooi diner gemaakt en alles netjes geregeld.
