Catalina provided us with a delicious meal in our holiday home in southern Spain. Just feet under the table and enjoy :) The kitchen was also left nice and clean. Definitely highly recommended!

Wij hebben op 14/12/2024 Chef Ilse mogen ontvangen bij ons thuis. Wij hebben alleen maar lovende woorden voor Chef Ilse als Keukenfee. De communicatie voorafgaand aan deze avond verliep bijzonder vlot, waarbij er werd geluisterd naar onze wensen. Chef Ilse is bijkomend een zeer lieve en warme vrouw waardoor wij onmiddellijk wisten dat het een geslaagde avond ging worden. Het eten was super lekker en achteraf was ook de keuken spik en span. Chef Ilse als Keukenfee bij u thuis is een echte aanrader! Cassandra en Pedro

To be clear, we didn't have the chance to have Chef Réginald Smit at home, because he sent his sous-Chef Bryan Gomez instead. I think Chef Réginald should be more transparent about who will be present at the event, hence the lower score in professionalism. HOWEVER, Chef Bryan Gomez was absolutely fantastic as the "replacement". Having learned from Chef Réginald, I wouldn't have expected anything less! Bryan was kind and patient with us, and always polite in any circumstances. He was focused on his tasks, even when we kept asking him questions. He served us a delicious selection of dishes. We definitely had an excellent dinner, and my guests were amazed by the quality of it all ! Overall, I highly recommend Bryan Gomez on any circumstances, and recommend Chef Réginald's fine cuisine.

J'ai fais confiance au chef Régi pour célébrer mes 30ans, je n'ai rien d'autre à dire que... Incroyable, une facilité d'organisation, une précisions dans les détails, il est arrivé pile à l'heure prévue, chaque service était incroyable, j'espérais épater mes convives et merci beaucoup Régi ça a super bien marcher ! À refaire je ne changerais rien ! Encore merci beaucoup, une chose est sur on se recroisera ! ;-)

Ik kan deze chef-kok van harte aanbevelen. Hij verzorgde n walking diner voor 30 personen. Alles was perfect geregeld. En hoe fijn is het dan dat na afloop ook de keuken weer helemaal schoon is. Kwaliteit van het eten was geweldig!

Het was een fijne ervaring. Chef Pim heeft een mooi smakelijk menu gemaakt. Mijn ouders en wij hebben genoten van de goede zorg.

Chef Sherwin heeft voor ons een overheerlijke smaakexplosie geserveerd, alle gerechten waren even fotogeniek en met liefde bereid. Wij hadden 5 gangen, er werd niets overhaast opgediend, en ook de pauzes waren niet te lang. Met diëet wensen werd prima rekening gehouden en ook zeek smaakvolle vegetarisch gerechten werden klaar gemaakt. Voor herhaling vatbaar!!

Pim heeft heerlijk voor ons gekookt en alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Wij hebben een erg fijne en smakelijke avond gehad.

Vanaf het eerste contact tot en met de het diner, het is duidelijk dat Chef Peter Bertrams een passie en een gave heeft voor koken. Het verrassingsmenu was perfect samengesteld op de diverse wensen van ons gezelschap. Bij elke gang kregen we te horen wat zijn inspiratie was om dit te maken waardoor je ook in zijn reis wordt meegenomen. Onze smaakpapillen werden zorgvuldig voorbereidt naar het hoofdgerecht dat een werkelijke smaakexplosie bleek te zijn. Ook bij de wijnen die Peter voor ons had uitgezocht, kregen we een mooie toelichting waarom hij voor die specifieke wijn had gekozen. Ze ondersteunden ook perfect iedere gang waardoor die nog beter tot hun recht kwamen. Uiteraard werd de keuken keurig opgeruimd en schoongemaakt achter gelaten. We hebben dankzij Peter een fantastische culinaire avond gehad en gaan hem in de toekomst zeer zeker weer uitnodigen om ons te komen verrassen.
