Chef Sabrina was delightful. She set a lovely table, complete with candles and a charming menu . Warm artisanal bread that she had baked herself awaited us. We enjoyed the leftover buns the next day, toasted for breakfast. The main dish of sea bass was served with yellow and red tomato tartare made with tomatoes from her own garden--a nice touch. Chef Sabrina served the many courses seamlessly and we felt we were in a fine restaurant. Our favorite dishes: the bronze drawn spaghetti with wild caught clams with pesto of clams and courgettes was amazing. We had never tasted those tiny, sweet clams before and they were a real surprise! This was one of the best dishes we had in our entire trip to Sicily!! For dessert, Chef Sabrina prepared her own version of the traditional cassatina, constructed of cake, raspberries, chocolate bits and sweetened ricotta, frosted with marzipan and garnished with fresh raspberries and finely diced candied fruit. Perfect for my birthday! Our criticisms are few. Overall, the dishes were served only slightly warm, rather than hot, which may have been as they were intended to be. The starter of grilled giant orange prawns was disappointing as the prawns were very mushy in texture. Overall, we had a wonderful evening and we recommend Chef Sabrina wholeheartedly. If you are not accustomed to eating so many courses or you wish to have the temperature of your selections a bit warmer, you should make your requests known and I am sure she will accommodate you.

Donderdag 28 augustus heeft Wilco een fantastisch walking diner bij ons thuis in de tuin verzorgd voor 11 personen. Na 3 heerlijke amuses kregen we een tartaar van tonijn met coquilles gevolgd door kabeljauwfilet met gamba saus. Daarna zijn signature gerecht de risotto met zomertruffel. Deze mag inderdaad niet ontbreken want je wil graag een extra portie. Ook het sateetje van waygu beef en het gemarineerde rood fruit als nagerecht waren beide heel smaakvolle gerechten in het menu. Wij waren enthousiast over het eten en de bediening maar ook van onze gasten hebben wij hierover complimenten gekregen. Wij hebben Wilco inmiddels gevraagd voor een volgend diner thuis. Wij kunnen hem ten zeerste aanbevelen. Top eten op Michelin niveau van een leuke kok.

Het regelen van een chef via chefmaison was erg gemakkelijk. De site was overzichtelijk opgezet en er worden duidelijke voorwaarden gegeven waar de chef aan zal voldoen. De avond zelf met Chef Wilco van den Baar was geweldig. Bijzondere gerechten en sterke wine pairing. Enorme aanrader. Erg tevreden!! Ga zo door.

Direct contact met de chef via het platform. Kan het menu naar je eigen wensen invullen. Gelijk duidelijkheid over de kosten. Maar het belangrijkste, een ongelooflijk mooie en goeie ervaring! Nu 2 keer gedaan, beide voelde het alsof je echt uit eten bent en de kwaliteit is zeer hoog! Daarbij werkt het platform ook erg fijn! We had the best night with Terenzio. He is very kind and made sure we had nothing to worry about during dinner. During the preparations it was nice that Terenzio offered different options for the menu, so that all dietary requirements were taken into account. The food itself was great, very high quality and more than enough for everyone. Afterwards he left the kitchen cleaner than how it was before he started. I would definitely recommend Terenzio.

Voor de verjaardag van mijn vriend heeft Terenzio Ignoni een overheerlijk diner voor ons gemaakt. De communicatie was top, alles was bespreekbaar en mogelijk. Zelfs op de dag van het diner kon er nog wat toegevoegd worden. Zijn zelfgemaakte ravioli met truffel was om je vingers bij af te likken, om over het grand dessert nog maar te zwijgen 😋 bedankt voor deze onvergetelijke avond.
