This weekend I had the pleasure of hiring Mirko for my birthday party at home, and I can’t speak highly enough about the experience! From the moment he arrived, his warm demeanor set a welcoming tone for the evening. He took the time to interact with my guests, sharing stories about the dishes and engaging everyone in delightful conversations, which truly added to the celebratory atmosphere. The good was simply incredible! Every dish was a work of art, not only beautifully presented but bursting with flavor. Mirko tailored the menu to accommodate my preferences and dietary restrictions (vegetarian and lactose free for one guest) demonstrating exceptional skill and creativity with each course. The appetizers were mouthwatering, and the main course was nothing short of divine. As Mirko prepared the food right in my kitchen, it felt like a personalized culinary show. His passion for food was evident, and it made the whole experience feel special and intimate. Everyone raved about the meal long after the meal was over. If you're considering a private chef for an event, I wholeheartedly recommend Mirko. His culinary talents combined with his engaging personality created an unforgettable evening. Chef Nicolas Di Giovanni was a joy to work with and his assistant Andrea. Very prompt in communicating, attentive and professional. We all enjoyed his variety of foods and the presentation as well. I don’t think I have ever given any review where I have had to give 5 stars for everything. We could not have asked for a better evening. From their personalities, service, professionalism and of course food. We had exquisite appetisers before our meal followed by a truly lovely three course meal. Thé presentation and attention to detail was no less than requisite ans were their menu choices. Our guests loved everything and ended with a spontaneous round of applause from everyone. I can’t recommend Valeria and Gaby enough.

Chef Paolo was extraordinarily professional from our first interaction via text to the dinner service. He was extremely responsive, organized, and created an individualized menu that really knocked it out of the park. We had several changes after the menu was finalized, including adding a wine pairing, and he was gracious and accommodating. On the day of service, he arrived promptly, and had a very charming and engaging personality. His food was magnificent, and the attire evening was magical. If you are looking for a private chef in the greater Milan area, I would highly recommend Chef Palo. He is passionate, talented, driven, skilled, and very personable. Thank you, Chef!

Chef Nicolas was great! We had a six course meal for my partners 50th birthday and it was lovely. He showed up on time, ready to go. His assistant was organized and made our table beautifully. Gnocchi and arancini were our favorite dishes. He was very flexible as well when last minute we wanted to add a little eggplant parm and he was able to do so. Just a wonderful experience.

Everything was tasty and professionally conducted. We asked for a pastry to end the meal with. The chef just bought pastries from a local store. This was a low point. The amount of cooking actually done was extremely low for the price point.

Our group of six had the absolute pleasure of hiring Chef Simone to cook for us in our Livigno chalet, and it was a true highlight of our trip! From start to finish, the experience was a five-star masterclass in hospitality. ​Chef Simone’s innovative flavor combinations were incredible, but his ability to create delicious vegetarian options was truly next-level—honestly the best we have ever tasted. We were also deeply impressed by how effortlessly he handled multiple dietary restrictions within our group; every guest felt equally prioritized and pampered. ​The service was seamless—Chef Simone and his assistant had such a pleasant and professional demeanor, making the evening feel both high-end and relaxed. To top it all off, the plating was absolutely beautiful, bringing a fine-dining aesthetic right to our chalet table. If you’re looking for a private chef who brings skill, heart, and stunning presentation to your home, we cannot recommend Chef Simone enough!

Chef Alice created a wonderful traditional Italian meal (with a few modern twists) for my mother's 80th birthday. Beautiful, delicious food, served during the evening, making the family celebration in our rented villa, with an unafmiliar kitchen perfect. Alice made the whole experience stress free, and it was easy for me to plan the meal from abroad. I can whole heartedly recommend her. :-) Tania
