Chef Alice created a wonderful traditional Italian meal (with a few modern twists) for my mother's 80th birthday. Beautiful, delicious food, served during the evening, making the family celebration in our rented villa, with an unafmiliar kitchen perfect. Alice made the whole experience stress free, and it was easy for me to plan the meal from abroad. I can whole heartedly recommend her. :-) Tania

Chef Alice gave us a truly astonishing and delicious experience. Her menu was the perfect fusion of old italian with a modern spin. She served several courses from a mini-appetizer through dessert. The serving sizes were perfect so that we had plenty of amazing food but did not end up overfull as so often can happen. She was personable, efficient, deeply talented and a genuine pleasure. She communicated promptly, always answering my emails and texts quickly and thoroughly. Crafted such an interesting and special menu that I didn't change one thing on her initial draft. She treated our home with care and left our kitchen spotless. We will only be in Rome for another month or so but we will absolutely hire her again and give her the highest recommendation. You won't be disappointed - she is magnificent (no exaggeration)!

I highly recommend Chef Nicholas. He is professional, attentive, and above all, a highly skilled and talented chef. He was responsive in his communication, easy to work with in regards to the menu selections, and flexible. Each course was presented beautifully, and was so delicious. He is also very kind and personable. We will not hesitate to book him again when we return to the area.

We had a fantastic evening with Chef Marco. Communication beforehand was incredibly smooth, and everything on the day itself went exactly as agreed. We enjoyed an incredible four-course dinner, the food was beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, and truly Italian. Marco served everything so elegantly and even left the kitchen spotless afterward! We are extremely grateful to him!

After a week of dining out in Umbria, the entire family felt Simone's dinner was the best meal we had. He was flexible, efficient, the food was tremendous, and the kitchen which I thought was clean when he arrived, sparkled when he left. A great meal and experience

We had a fantastic evening, thanks in large part to Chef Nicholas Bianchini. However, we feel that the price-quality ratio is not quite right, partly because cheap ingredients such as bread, pasta and pork were used. The price of the wines was also very high compared to the price of the bottles. In addition, the various courses were served very quickly, meaning we finished everything within two and a half hours.

Chef Enrico and his team were amazing - I cannot thank them enough for a fantastic evening. We had booked Enrico to cater for a group with challenging dietary requirements and he exceeded all expectations with the quality and variety of food that he prepared for us all. In addition to the delicious food, Enrico provided a brilliant explanation of the dishes and the local ingredients that he had used which was highly entertaining and a lovely enhancement to our evening. Everything worked like clockwork, allowing us to relax while leaving all arrangements in his capable hands. The kitchen was even left spotless afterwards. This meal was a real highlight of our holiday - thank you so much!

Chef Alessio provided us with the highest level of professionalism and culinary excellence. We had a group of seven guests, some quite particular about food yet every single person was impressed and satisfied. I requested a range of delicious finger foods. For the main course, Chef Alessio prepared an outstanding Cacio e Pepe Pasta with Lime Zest, which was perfectly balanced and beautifully presented. Both Alessio and his colleague were exceptionally professional, friendly, and discreet. They made us feel completely comfortable having them in our home and contributed to a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere throughout the evening. I would highly recommend Chef Alessio to anyone seeking an elevated dining experience with impeccable service and genuine warmth.
