the experience with chefs Valeria and Gabriel was fantastic. they understood my request perfectly and made lunch very pleasant. all the guests were delighted, highly recommended!

We had the most incredible dinner cooked by Chef Nicolas . He was highly professional, communicative, and tidy. Most importantly the food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. I would highly recommend his services to anyone wishing to arrange a private dinner for a special occasion.

We had a fantastic evening, thanks in large part to Chef Nicholas Bianchini. However, we feel that the price-quality ratio is not quite right, partly because cheap ingredients such as bread, pasta and pork were used. The price of the wines was also very high compared to the price of the bottles. In addition, the various courses were served very quickly, meaning we finished everything within two and a half hours.

After a week of dining out in Umbria, the entire family felt Simone's dinner was the best meal we had. He was flexible, efficient, the food was tremendous, and the kitchen which I thought was clean when he arrived, sparkled when he left. A great meal and experience

Nicolas was great! On very very short notice he managed to make a big dinner with friends at a vacation location all enjoyable and fulfol all our extra wishes .his lovely wife Andrea helped and did the service. 1000 grazie to both!

We had the BEST experience with Giovanni, the food was all unreal touched off with a homemade birthday cake… I think the topic of the evening was more of an argument of what we all liked best. We had a fantastic evening with Chef Marco. Communication beforehand was incredibly smooth, and everything on the day itself went exactly as agreed. We enjoyed an incredible four-course dinner, the food was beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, and truly Italian. Marco served everything so elegantly and even left the kitchen spotless afterward! We are extremely grateful to him!

I highly recommend Chef Nicholas. He is professional, attentive, and above all, a highly skilled and talented chef. He was responsive in his communication, easy to work with in regards to the menu selections, and flexible. Each course was presented beautifully, and was so delicious. He is also very kind and personable. We will not hesitate to book him again when we return to the area.

Chef Alice gave us a truly astonishing and delicious experience. Her menu was the perfect fusion of old italian with a modern spin. She served several courses from a mini-appetizer through dessert. The serving sizes were perfect so that we had plenty of amazing food but did not end up overfull as so often can happen. She was personable, efficient, deeply talented and a genuine pleasure. She communicated promptly, always answering my emails and texts quickly and thoroughly. Crafted such an interesting and special menu that I didn't change one thing on her initial draft. She treated our home with care and left our kitchen spotless. We will only be in Rome for another month or so but we will absolutely hire her again and give her the highest recommendation. You won't be disappointed - she is magnificent (no exaggeration)!

My family and I rented an old farmhouse in Sicily and had Chef Enrico come prepare a typical Sicilian meal. The home had a stove and small table top oven and when using too many things at once, we kept blowing fuses. Not being aware of this until he arrived, Chef Enrico somehow made it work. The food was amazing and he made the evening a lot of fun sharing stories of his childhood and the food that he prepared. It was an evening we will talk about for a long time. I would 100% recommend hiring him for an event. I would also like to add that the chefmaison app was very easy to use.

Chef Enrico and his helpers were amazing. The food was beyond anything we expected. His presentation and personality added to the whole experience. He didn’t just cook for us but gave us a story and an explanation for everything he made.
