Private chefs in Milan

We loved having Chef Nicolas cook for us. He was amazing and the food was exceptional. We highly recommend him! He was charming and his food was authentic Italian and made our evening feel so special!!

We had the most incredible dinner cooked by Chef Nicolas . He was highly professional, communicative, and tidy. Most importantly the food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. I would highly recommend his services to anyone wishing to arrange a private dinner for a special occasion.

I highly recommend Chef Nicholas. He is professional, attentive, and above all, a highly skilled and talented chef. He was responsive in his communication, easy to work with in regards to the menu selections, and flexible. Each course was presented beautifully, and was so delicious. He is also very kind and personable. We will not hesitate to book him again when we return to the area.

Chef Alice gave us a truly astonishing and delicious experience. Her menu was the perfect fusion of old italian with a modern spin. She served several courses from a mini-appetizer through dessert. The serving sizes were perfect so that we had plenty of amazing food but did not end up overfull as so often can happen. She was personable, efficient, deeply talented and a genuine pleasure. She communicated promptly, always answering my emails and texts quickly and thoroughly. Crafted such an interesting and special menu that I didn't change one thing on her initial draft. She treated our home with care and left our kitchen spotless. We will only be in Rome for another month or so but we will absolutely hire her again and give her the highest recommendation. You won't be disappointed - she is magnificent (no exaggeration)!

Giuseppe is a nice guy, responsive and accommodating. His family came to help him in the kitchen and serving the table. They created an incredibly warm atmosphere at the dinner. Food was good and appropriately portioned.

Chef Alessio was courteous, respectful, and most of all his food was delicious. It was a great experience all around would recommend to anybody.

Chef Enrico was fantastic! Personable, professional, and cooked amazing food. Several of our guests said it was the best pasta they’d ever had! Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Chef Adolfo enough! The whole process was super easy and smooth. He read my requirements and prepared the perfect menu from the very beginning. On the day, he arrived on time and was super friendly. It was like our private cooking class!!! And then, THE FOOD! The food was next level! Everything was fresh, delicious and perfect. Please book Chef Adolfo for your private inner, you won't regret it.

Chef Sabrina was delightful. She set a lovely table, complete with candles and a charming menu . Warm artisanal bread that she had baked herself awaited us. We enjoyed the leftover buns the next day, toasted for breakfast. The main dish of sea bass was served with yellow and red tomato tartare made with tomatoes from her own garden--a nice touch. Chef Sabrina served the many courses seamlessly and we felt we were in a fine restaurant. Our favorite dishes: the bronze drawn spaghetti with wild caught clams with pesto of clams and courgettes was amazing. We had never tasted those tiny, sweet clams before and they were a real surprise! This was one of the best dishes we had in our entire trip to Sicily!! For dessert, Chef Sabrina prepared her own version of the traditional cassatina, constructed of cake, raspberries, chocolate bits and sweetened ricotta, frosted with marzipan and garnished with fresh raspberries and finely diced candied fruit. Perfect for my birthday! Our criticisms are few. Overall, the dishes were served only slightly warm, rather than hot, which may have been as they were intended to be. The starter of grilled giant orange prawns was disappointing as the prawns were very mushy in texture. Overall, we had a wonderful evening and we recommend Chef Sabrina wholeheartedly. If you are not accustomed to eating so many courses or you wish to have the temperature of your selections a bit warmer, you should make your requests known and I am sure she will accommodate you.

Très bon et gourmand moment passé avec la chef ! Très à l’écoute des désirs de chacun, le contact est très agréable. Nous avons même reçu quelques conseils de cuisine et la recette de sa grand mère nous a fait aimé les navets. Nous avons passé une très très bonne soirée

Adrien was amazing from start to finish. His communication, efficiency and cooking skills were perfect. We had the best time and would recommend Adrien to everyone.

Vous pouvez faire appel au Chef Johann Schopff les yeux fermés! Une très belle expérience pour un anniversaire de mariage (7 personnes). Les plats sont très biens présentés, bien travaillés et les produits de qualité. Nous nous sommes régalés. Un très bon rapport qualité prix. Bref : au top, à renouveler!

Het regelen van een chef via chefmaison was erg gemakkelijk. De site was overzichtelijk opgezet en er worden duidelijke voorwaarden gegeven waar de chef aan zal voldoen. De avond zelf met Chef Wilco van den Baar was geweldig. Bijzondere gerechten en sterke wine pairing. Enorme aanrader. Erg tevreden!! Ga zo door.
