However, we offer indication prices ranging from €59 to €194 per person for weekend bookings for 4 courses, depending on the menu and services selected.

Chef Sabrina was delightful. She set a lovely table, complete with candles and a charming menu . Warm artisanal bread that she had baked herself awaited us. We enjoyed the leftover buns the next day, toasted for breakfast. The main dish of sea bass was served with yellow and red tomato tartare made with tomatoes from her own garden--a nice touch. Chef Sabrina served the many courses seamlessly and we felt we were in a fine restaurant. Our favorite dishes: the bronze drawn spaghetti with wild caught clams with pesto of clams and courgettes was amazing. We had never tasted those tiny, sweet clams before and they were a real surprise! This was one of the best dishes we had in our entire trip to Sicily!! For dessert, Chef Sabrina prepared her own version of the traditional cassatina, constructed of cake, raspberries, chocolate bits and sweetened ricotta, frosted with marzipan and garnished with fresh raspberries and finely diced candied fruit. Perfect for my birthday! Our criticisms are few. Overall, the dishes were served only slightly warm, rather than hot, which may have been as they were intended to be. The starter of grilled giant orange prawns was disappointing as the prawns were very mushy in texture. Overall, we had a wonderful evening and we recommend Chef Sabrina wholeheartedly. If you are not accustomed to eating so many courses or you wish to have the temperature of your selections a bit warmer, you should make your requests known and I am sure she will accommodate you.

I cannot recommend Chef Adolfo enough! The whole process was super easy and smooth. He read my requirements and prepared the perfect menu from the very beginning. On the day, he arrived on time and was super friendly. It was like our private cooking class!!! And then, THE FOOD! The food was next level! Everything was fresh, delicious and perfect. Tout s’est très bien déroulé, des premiers échanges via l’application, en passant par le repas en lui même et la cuisine nickel après le passage du chef. Gérard est très agréable, discute volontiers avec les invités, donne des explications sur les plats servis, tout en sachant se faire discret. Il ne fait nul doute que Gérard est passionné par son métier et a à cœur de faire plaisir avec sa cuisine généreuse et gourmande. Nous ferons appel à lui sans hésiter a l’avenir.

Donderdag 28 augustus heeft Wilco een fantastisch walking diner bij ons thuis in de tuin verzorgd voor 11 personen. Na 3 heerlijke amuses kregen we een tartaar van tonijn met coquilles gevolgd door kabeljauwfilet met gamba saus. Daarna zijn signature gerecht de risotto met zomertruffel. Deze mag inderdaad niet ontbreken want je wil graag een extra portie. Ook het sateetje van waygu beef en het gemarineerde rood fruit als nagerecht waren beide heel smaakvolle gerechten in het menu. Wij waren enthousiast over het eten en de bediening maar ook van onze gasten hebben wij hierover complimenten gekregen. Wij hebben Wilco inmiddels gevraagd voor een volgend diner thuis. Wij kunnen hem ten zeerste aanbevelen. Top eten op Michelin niveau van een leuke kok.
