À propos de Chef Karima
My name is Karima, mother of four children, with an immense passion for culinary cooking. I was born in Beni Oulicheck, Morocco, where the soil was so fertile that everything thrived. There were olive trees over a hundred years old, and spring water we fetched as children. If only I had known then what I know now—that was true wealth, that was organic. It remains a beautiful and fertile place to this day.
As a young girl, I always stood by my mother's side in the kitchen. In our culture, it was customary to learn cooking from a young age. By the time I was ten, I could cook independently. I knew then that cooking was my calling; it brought me happiness. Later, I had the privilege to learn from a master chef in a beautiful seafood restaurant. I realized that creativity in food preparation was my passion. Eventually, I found great joy in preparing elaborate nine-course dinners for friends and family.
My passion and creativity blossomed when I discovered sushi—it was exhilarating! I opened my first shop and, through a trade fair, connected with chefs from a five-star hotel in Noordwijk who were impressed by my products. Since then, my passion and hobby have become my profession. I specialize in various cuisines—Arabic, French, and Japanese. I provide catering for events, private dinners, and deliver beautiful high-end sushi and sashimi boxes to guests' homes.
With a foundation in hospitality, delicious, healthy, and sustainable food and drink, demonstrable commitment, and a willingness to do things differently, I have built an extensive network over the years with renowned companies and individuals in the Netherlands. My goal is to tantalize the taste buds of my guests and introduce them to a variety of delights, flavors, and creations. I believe that creating good food and making people happy is my true passion.
