À propos de Chef Amerigo Capria
Chef Amerigo Capria, born in the beautiful town of Tropea in 1979, began his culinary career at the age of 16, working in holiday villages in Calabria during the summer. After graduating, he expanded his horizons by working in various cities across Italy, Sardinia, and Elba Island during the summer seasons, before moving abroad to America, England, and France. He gained valuable experience working for renowned establishments such as Enoteca Pinchiorri, La Tenda Rossa, and Nobu Armani. At 26, he launched his own venture and quickly earned recognition in the Michelin guide. Alongside his restaurant career, Chef Capria has pursued teaching, both in schools and as a personal chef. He offers cooking classes, private dinners, show cooking, pizza days, cocktail, and wine tasting experiences.
