I’ve been crafting memorable dishes for over 15 years, a journey that began in Sardinia and evolved through world-class kitchens in London, Dubai and Switzerland. My culinary style is defined by elegance, precision and absolute respect for ingredients. I value clean flavours, refined technique and a professional approach in every detail.
My formal training comes from years inside high-level and Michelin-starred restaurants, including Gordon Ramsay’s Petrus and the Michelin-starred Armani/Ristorante in Dubai, where I strengthened both discipline and creativity.
What excites me most is transforming exceptional ingredients into balanced, sophisticated dishes that tell a story. One of the creations I’m most proud of is my modern interpretation of Italian fine dining, where Sardinian roots meet international influences in a clean, refined presentation.
As a private chef, my goal is simple: to bring elegance, professionalism and heartfelt flavour to the table, creating experiences that guests will remember long after the meal ends.
