Cooking is my life. It has been my greatest passion since childhood.

What I love most about my profession is the entire process: spending days devising, creating, and preparing dishes, only to finally see those happy faces at the table.

The compliments, the surprising flavors that come together, and the joy people experience during dinner — that is ultimately what I do it for.

It is wonderful to be engaged in my profession and to see how much people enjoy what I have prepared with love and passion. That makes all the hard work more than worthwhile.
