I started cooking at a young age for my family and quickly realized it was my true passion. After five years of culinary school, while working evenings in a traditional trattoria. I trained under a 3 michelin star master of Chef Massimigliano Alajmo, and completed stages in top restaurants across Italy and Spain, before refining my skills in London across diverse cuisines.
A passionate and curious chef, I've always believed every cuisine has something unique to teach. In Switzerland, i spent 3 years as head chef in both a hotel and a wine bar restaurant, where i developed my own style.
I love connecting with clients, understanding their tastes, and creating refined, ingredient driven dishes that reflect both my vision and their expectation
