I have been a professional chef for the past 8 years, having worked as sous chef at Chefs Warehouse and Beau Constantia, and then as head chef at Tintswalo Atlantic. I have since moved to San Francisco to work at a 3-Michelin-star restaurant and have now returned to South Africa. Private Dining is something that I have always done in my spare time, between restaurant contracts. I developed a big love for it as it takes me back to where it all began - at home.
