Hello, my name is Djordje Rajković.
I’m a chef originally from Romania, but I grew up in Italy, where my passion for cooking started long before I ever set foot in a professional kitchen. I’ve been working as a chef for over 11 years, and throughout this journey I’ve had the privilege of shaping my craft in Italy, London, and for the past nine years, Berlin.

My culinary training and professional experience come from working in diverse, international kitchens, each one adding depth and creativity to my cooking style. Still, my heart and soul will always belong to Italian cuisine, especially the flavors and traditions of the Veneto region.

I specialize in first courses, with a focus on high-level fresh pasta and risotto, and I have extensive experience working with fish and meat dishes. One of the creations I’m most proud of is a true classic from Veneto: bigoli with slow-cooked duck ragù — a dish that always reminds me why I fell in love with cooking in the first place.

Beyond Italian traditions, I also carry with me the bold, rustic flavors of the Balkans. A personal favorite of mine is preparing whole suckling pig “Balkan-style” on the barbecue, a dish that brings together technique, patience, and pure passion.

My cooking is a blend of cultures, experiences, and childhood memories — a balance of precision and creativity. Every dish I create is shaped by where I come from, what I’ve learned, and the joy I feel when sharing good food with others.
