For over six years, I have poured my passion and creativity into cooking. Trained in the restaurant industry and inspired by Central American influences and flavors from around the world, I love creating dishes that are simple yet refined—meals that speak to the heart as much as to the palate.

I have worked in a variety of establishments where I learned discipline, generosity, and the importance of enhancing every ingredient. Today, I want to bring this experience directly to my clients, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
