Fay organized a lovely lunch at our house. She helped us think of a suitable menu for our guests. She was easily reachable in the days before the lunch to discuss the last minute questions. She was fun, vibrant and polite, we had a great time.

Wat een topavond hebben wij gehad met chef Fay! Niet alleen kan ze fantastisch koken, ze is zeer georganiseerd (brandschone en opgeruimde keuken na afloop) en een hele goede gastvrouw. Eten werd uitgeserveerd met uitleg over ingrediënten en de bijpassende wijnen. Fay dacht creatief mee bij een speciaal verzoek van mij. Het allerleukste aan Fay? Ze is heel leuk en gezellig, dus wij raden haar aan!!

Wij hebben een heerlijk 5 gangen diner gehad, ter ere van de 70e verjaardag van mijn schoonvader. Fay is ontzettend lief en vrolijk en kookt de sterren van de hemel. Kortom, een hele mooie ervaring.

Chef Fay Broekhuis Verburg heeft heel goed met ons meegedacht om een mooi menu samen te stellen gebaseerd op het oorspronkelijke menu voor een 60 jarig huwelijksfeest. Het waren mooie en heerlijke klassieke gerechten met een moderne twist. Fay is heel toegankelijk en communicatief, het eten was super! Een onvergetelijke avond voor onze familie

Het was fantastisch! Hele bijzondere en fijne avond gehad allemaal dankzij Fay! Fay is echt dantastisch. Ze regelt een heel diner zonder dat je het eigenlijk merkt.

Fay heeft heerlijke gerechten voor mijn 21 diner gekookt. En ze is ook nog een super gezellige vrouw om er bij te hebben. De communicatie vooraf was top en ik heb een onvergetelijke avond gehad. Ze is is echt een aanrader!

Chef Fay was absolutely out of this world and any expectations we had were exceeded! We experienced her passion and professionalism from the minute we started interacting, and all communication was always done in a friendly and timely manner. Chef Fay created an amazing menu for us with seasonal produce and managed to take us on a flavor journey unlike any other. She arrived well prepared with everything she needed and you could clearly tell that hours of preparation have already gone into the various elements. On top of being so well prepared, chef Fay is also extremely flexible and able to create the most amazing things in a heartbeat! An hour before our guests were due to arrived I enquired as to whether an additional course (amuse) would be possible, and even though this is never an ideal request, Fay did not hesitate to quickly get some fresh items from the AH and make this happen in the most amazing way imaginable. Chef Fay was absolutely lovely to have around; friendly, warm, spontaneous, courteous and so incredibly professional and polite. It was so lovely to enjoy the evening with our friends while glancing into the kitchen now and again to admire chef Fay at work, and then listen to her explain more about her creations with so much love and passion. She brought beautiful cutlery and crockery for every course and all courses were served with seamless elegance! Every course was absolutely gorgeous to look at but tasted even better than it looked. Chef Fay’s food is honest, sophisticated but not pretentious, modern and flavorful yet honoring some traditional elements, and full of imagination and surprise. Our guests could not stop talking about the food, and the manner in which chef Fay prepared and served it; and we share their sentiments! One of our guests kept saying “she’s a true natural professional” - and I think that says it all! We are more than thankful and appreciative for every single effort that went into making this evening unforgettable! It was perfection!
