Jan nam ruim de tijd ons nieuwe technieken te leren en uitleg te geven over samenstelling van het menu. We hebben zelfs geleerd pasta te maken wat niet eens onderdeel was van het uiteindelijke menu, maar omdat we dit beide wilden leren. We hebben een heel leuke avond gehad en gaan dit zeker nog eens doen. Topervaring!

Contact met Jan verliep vanaf het eerste moment prettig en snel. Hij is erg flexibel en denkt goed mee over het gewenste programma. Aan het menu hoefden we weinig aan te passen, het was gelijk goed en we hebben er ontzettend van genoten. De wijn suggesties waren ook super. 
 
Jan is een uitstekende gastheer die veel oog voor al zijn gasten heeft, op de momenten dat het nodig is op de voorgrond staat, maar anders subtiel in de keuken aan de slag is. Al met al kunnen we Jan van harte aanbevelen!!

Voor de 70e verjaardag van mijn vader hebben wij mogen genieten van een heerlijk 4-gangenmenu geserveerd door chef Jan Baltussen. Het heeft al onze verwachtingen overtroffen! De communicatie verliep soepel, aanpassingen aan het voorgestelde menu waren geen enkel probleem en de bijpassende wijnen waren fantastisch. We hebben een geweldige avond gehad, en we zouden dit zonder twijfel weer een keer doen!

It was a fantastic experience! We had dinner with 11 persons in a holiday home. The food was delicious. What really made the evening was Jans pleasant personality. The service was really good and the communication upfront was pleasant.

Jan is an absolutely amazing chef! All five dishes were absolutely incredible, from the taste to the presentation and originality.
He was absolutely amazing! He changed the menu for the nut allergy and added no salt to the dishes at our request.
We all had an amazing time at dinner! 
Jan, we can't thank you enough on behalf of everyone for everything you did and for the amazing company you provided!
After dinner, he magically put away all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher! 
If you want good food, Jan Baltussen is the only choice! I would say: GO FOR IT!

Gisteren hebben mijn dochter en ik een culinair cadeau aan mijn ouders gegeven. Chef Jan Baltussen kwam langs om een voortreffelijk 4-gangendiner te bereiden.
Vooral verliep de communicatie vlekkeloos, snel en efficiënt.
Jan kwam keurig op tijd en er ontstond direct een ontspannen sfeer. Ook mocht mijn dochter helpen in de keuken en dat vond zij fantastisch!
Daarnaast werden de gangen gecombineerd met heerlijke wijnen en hebben mijn ouders genoten. Een zeer geslaagde avond, die absoluut 5 sterren waard is.
