My name is Kélian, a chef from the Périgord region with a deep passion for cooking. Having previously owned a restaurant in Périgueux, I have chosen to dedicate myself entirely to what drives me most: creating bespoke culinary experiences as a private chef.My partner and I are based in Périgueux, and we serve the entire Dordogne region and its surrounding areas. My cuisine evolves exclusively with the rhythm of the seasons. It celebrates the exceptional produce of the Southwest, local farmers, and the rich terroir of the Périgord. Elegant, generous, and sincere, my cooking blends creativity, authenticity, and precision.I do not offer a fixed menu. Each service is entirely tailored to your wishes, the nature of your event, and the ingredients currently in season. I am happy to accommodate specific dietary requirements, whether you prefer vegetarian cuisine, have particular food restrictions, or have other personal preferences.I particularly enjoy working with meats and rich pan sauces—hallmarks of French gastronomy—while taking equal pleasure in elevating fish, vegetables, and seasonal produce. My travels also fuel my inspiration, allowing me to bring a modern touch to a culinary style deeply rooted in tradition.I look forward to the opportunity to cook for you.
