Iโve been sprinkling magic onto peopleโs plates for over eight years. I formally trained at the Institute of Culinary Arts in Stellenbosch, graduating in 2017, and then took my skills straight into the high-pressure world of superyachts as a sole chef. Since then, Iโve worked as a private chef, creating wonderful dining experiences both at sea and on land.
My cooking is shaped by classical training, global travel, and a deep love for bold, soulful flavours. I specialise in Mediterranean, Italian, Asian and Indian cuisines, but I also love celebrating South African ingredients and traditions. Whether Iโm preparing an elegant multi-course dinner or a relaxed seasonal feast, my focus is always on flavour, balance and beautiful presentation.
The dish Iโm most proud of? A Cape Malay fish curry with homemade flatbreads and seasonal chutney. Itโs layered, aromatic and deeply comforting - the kind of dish that makes guests pause after the first bite and smile. Thatโs my favourite moment. :)
What makes my cooking special is the care behind it. I donโt just cook meals - i create experiences that feel personal, generous and memorable.
