I'm a chef by vocation. I've been passionate about this profession since I was 9 years old, thanks to my grandmother. I've had the opportunity to work in the kitchens of various restaurants from a young age. When I did my military service, my job was in the kitchen, and that confirmed that becoming a chef was my life's goal. I worked in a restaurant in Italy for several years, and for life reasons, I moved to Colombia, where I opened my first restaurant. A small space with very welcoming, high-quality service and atmosphere. The business grew, as did my experience, a career I've developed over more than 20 years.
