I'm fond of comfort food, you know, the kind that warms both heart and soul after a long day. I need to taste and experience deep pleasure in every bite. I've had the chance to travel a lot in Asia, including India where I tasted about as many curries as you can think of. These roaming adventures have introduced me to new flavors that I now want to share in my cooking.

My cuisine is vegetarian and indulgent, inspired by the Middle East and India. Focused on taste and pleasure, I cook dishes with deep flavors and contrasts. My ambition: to showcase a vegetarian cuisine that breaks stereotypes. My food is homemade with seasonal ingredients.</span></p>
