About Chef Guillaume Lombard
Graduated from a hotel school in Seine-et-Marne, I began my culinary journey in the kitchens of a 4-star hotel restaurant in the Parisian region. Over the past 14 years, I have worked in various culinary settings, ranging from traditional restaurants to small city brasseries, and prestigious 4-star hotel restaurants in Paris. I also served as a pastry chef in a beautiful castle in Seine-et-Marne for 2 years.
In 2019, at the age of 25, I assumed my first position as a Head Chef in a 4-star hotel restaurant at Roissy CDG. Now settled in the stunning region of Provence Alpes Cรดte d'Azur, I offer a French, gourmet, and modern cuisine with influences from Asia or Italy, depending on the dishes. Passionate about cooking since my early childhood, I place particular importance on homemade dishes and the use of fresh, seasonal ingredients
