My culinary style is defined by elegance, precision and absolute respect for ingredients. I value clean flavours, refined technique and a professional approach in every detail.

My formal training comes from years inside high-level and Michelin-starred restaurants, including Gordon Ramsay’s Petrus and the Michelin-starred Armani/Ristorante in Dubai, where I strengthened both discipline and creativity.

What excites me most is transforming exceptional ingredients into balanced, sophisticated dishes that tell a story. One of the creations I’m most proud of is my modern interpretation of Italian fine dining, where Sardinian roots meet international influences in a clean, refined presentation.
