Tout était simplement parfait. La gentillesse de l'équipe et leur disponibilité pour établir le menu et les différents ajustements. Les goûts et quantités étaient au rendez-vous et tous les invités ont été ravis sans aucuns bémols. Merci pour cette prestation

Our family came to Escalante, Spain (Cantabria) for the solar eclipse. We wanted a special meal for that special night and ChefMaison truly delivered a memorable evening. Our chef was Caglan Deniz Kaynacki. We requested a Paella feast and Chef Deniz took ii from there. He made two beautiful Paellas, one seafood and one chicken. And delicious sides of roasted carrots and chickpeas and a bean and vegetable salad. We also had a beautiful light green salad and with dressing with orange zest (a new and delightful surprise) and Panna Cotta with berry and mint. Outstanding! Deniz was so generous and accommodating with our requests and very responsive to all our inquiries. He also left the kitchen spotless, which we truly appreciated. We would highly recommend him for any special event!

Chef Caglan served our family outstanding meals for the entire week. They were creative and tasted wonderful. I highly recommend his professional manner. He was also very accommodating to 2 of our family with allergies. Excellent choice of a chef!

Chef Deniz was absolutely amazing! We were a group of 22 people and Chef Deniz cooked for us for 5 days. He is talented, responsive and super passionate about food. His food was delicious, fresh and he served so many different options in order to satisfy each person in our large group. We are super happy that we chose him, and will definitely choose him to be our private chef next vacation. Recommended!

Chef Caglan was absolutely SUPER! Words truly cannot do him justice. His talent, passion, and attention to detail made the experience exceptional. A real standout :)

Chef Caglan was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish! We’d been in communication for a few months before the event planning the menus and he was responsive, creative and flexible. His food was SO delicious for both the lunch and dinner he cooked. Would recommend him to everyone and hire again next time in Portugal. Thank you again!

Wonderful service and food. Excellent.

Goede communicatie vooraf, onopvallend in de keuken hard gewerkt en een fantastisch, deels vegetarisch menu verzorgd. Echt top!

Chef Caglan Deniz is just perfect for your event! We celebrated the 40th birthday of my wife with family and friends on Chateau La Vigne and he made the day with a fantastic 3 course dinner. Easy to work with and reliable form beg9inning to finishing applause. Quick in responding, easy to come up with a menu fitting our financial frame and super professional acting in the kitchen of the properties owner. A pleasure to meet - as a chef and a great person! Merci beaucoup Deniz! Oliver&Swintha

The best night, and food experience we could get. I highly recommend Deniz as a Chef. He is really talented and very pleasant to have in your home. The best recommendations from here. We could not have had a better night.

Chef Caglan is a very sweet person. We had a lovely evening with 15 friends. The communication is great. I was insecure about the concept, but he reacts very fast and took all my doubts away. The food was very good off tasting and seasoning. The ribs were scrumptious, but I believe in honesty, in this 5 star liked world. I am a spoiled women and some presentation could be fine tuned. Puree puffs? Pavlova prepared in advance? Still preparing food while Holland is not your home base, Chapeau. Thank you Deniz for giving us a magical wedding anniversary.

We had the absolute pleasure of having Deniz as our chef during a 5-day retreat in Portugal, and I can truly say that he is extraordinary. The food he prepared was absolutely delicious, every meal was a masterpiece, cooked with so much care, flavor, and attention to detail. Deniz is not only a highly professional chef, but also an incredibly kind and thoughtful person. He was attentive to our needs, always made sure everything was perfect, and brought such a warm and supportive energy to the retreat. You can feel the passion and love he puts into every dish. I wholeheartedly recommend him, if you have the chance to work with Deniz or enjoy his cooking, you are in for a real treat. He is outstanding in every way. Thank you, Deniz, for everything. You made this retreat unforgettable.
