I've worked in several places, including a gluten-free restaurant where I was head chef, but what I love most is being able to cook in different places, calmly, and make people enjoy it. I like food that's flavorful, simple but well-made, with good ingredients and without complications.

I'm never in a rush; I like to pay attention to the details and make the experience enjoyable, without posing. Cooking for others is what I enjoy most, and if we have a good time, even better.
