We had the pleasure of having Chef Vera cook for our hen party, and we couldn't recommend her more! She arrived at 5 PM to start prepping, everyone who walked past the kitchen mentioned how amazing it smelt. By 8 PM, the table was beautifully set, and we were treated to a feast that included everything from cheeses and olives to chicken wings, peri peri chicken, Picanha steak, seafood, potatoes, and salads. The prawns, steak and potatoes were the star of the show, everyone loved them so much, we barely had enough to go around! The food was all delicious, and we had plenty of leftovers, which made for a perfect lunch the next day. Chef Vera was professional, and made the entire experience so enjoyable. We would definitely book her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for something different for their event. A truly memorable experience, thank you, Chef Vera!

Vera cooked a wonderful 6 dish buffet style meal for 14 people which included some traditional Portuguese dishes. The baked creamy cod, garlic & lemon shrimp, and duck rice dishes were our favourites.

Very professional and easy to communicate with. Particular highlights were the wine pairings, the ceviche and the chicken and rice main course.

Vera was great, I highly recommend Vera if you’re celebrating a special event. Communication was clear and prompt. Provided just what we needed which was lots of sharing platters for 16 people and the food was delicious. Vera arrived and just got on with it whilst we all had drinks and played games for the hen party. Great service !
