Your Private Chef & Meat Sommelier: Culinary Passion for Your EventsFrom my very first steps in my grandmother's kitchen to becoming a certified Meat Sommelier, my passion has always been dedicated to perfect culinary enjoyment. Even at the age of five, I was fascinated by cooking and had the opportunity to learn the secrets of traditional German cuisine. After completing my training as a butcher with catering services in 1997, I was repeatedly drawn to fine dining, where I refined my craft alongside top chefs. Today, with over 30 years of experience, I combine traditional craftsmanship with modern haute cuisine to offer you an unforgettable culinary experience.Good Craftsmanship Is My StandardFor me, hospitality is not an obligation but a personal expression of appreciation. I leave nothing to chance: I create my own spice blends, and the meat for your events is aged in my own dry-aging cabinet until it reaches perfect tenderness. Thanks to modern sous-vide cooking techniques, precise preparation using a Beefer grill, traditional pan cooking, or rustic open-fire cooking, I bring every cut of meat to your plate cooked to perfection.Your Tailor-Made MenuWhether it's an elegant private dinner, a milestone birthday, a corporate event, or a barbecue party with a festival atmosphere (as an active food festival participant and grill master since 2001, I know exactly how to turn glowing embers into flavor), we create the menu together.Your ideas and my expertise, from Mediterranean influences to modern creations, seasonal highlights, and distinct flavors, come together to create your perfect evening. My Promise: You Enjoy, I Take Care of the Rest!I bring fine dining wherever you prefer to enjoy it: in your own home, at your holiday destination, or at your company premises. From selecting the ingredients and designing the menu to the final touches on each plate, every dish reflects my passion.

Service Areas: Baden-Württemberg, Alsace, Bavaria, Hesse & Rhineland-Palatinate.

Prices: Starting from €89 per person (based on 10 guests; the final price depends on the selection of meat, with an additional charge for smaller groups).
