Hello, I'm Chef & Sommelier Zandro Garcia, how are you? I was born in Peru, grew up, and live in Rio de Janeiro. I've worked in the kitchen since I was 15 and currently have over 10 years of experience. I've worked in Michelin-starred restaurants and also among the top 50 in the world. I graduated in gastronomy from Santa Angela University in Peru and from the renowned Le Cordon Bleu school. I offer a special and unique service where you are the protagonist. The menu is organized so that you can choose what you want to try. I learned to cook with my mother and grandmother, I enjoy making desserts and Italian food, and I have good references in the kitchen
