For the past five years, I’ve been working as a private chef in Dubai and internationally, creating bespoke menus that reflect each client’s desires, seasonality, and the moment we are sharing.

My love for cooking was born at home, inspired by my aunt, who delighted in serving traditional, high-quality meals that made every family gathering feel special. Growing up as the grandson of farmers, I learned early the value of the land—planting, harvesting, picking in orchards, mushroom foraging, and fishing. This connection to nature guides my approach today: I cook with respect for ingredients, always working with the seasons and focusing on sustainable, responsible choices.
