Chef Simone Stagnitto heeft voor ons een heel bijzondere avond verzorgd. Het Ligurische vier gangen menu was uitstekend. De bijpassende wijnen van kleine wijnboeren uit dezelfde streek heel goed geselecteerd. Service en kennis geweldig. Chef Simone heeft ons volledig ontzorgd, borden en glazen had hij meegenomen en na deze super gezellige avond was de keuken spik en span.

We had the pleasure of welcoming Elisabeth into our home as a private chef for the first time, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Her presence was subtle and calm, exactly what you hope for when inviting someone into your home, especially with family around. She blended in effortlessly, creating a relaxed atmosphere while quietly taking care of everything in the kitchen. The food itself was excellent. Thoughtful, well-prepared, and clearly made with care. What we appreciated most was how naturally she catered to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, without compromise on flavor or quality for either. Everyone at the table felt equally considered, and every dish stood on its own. A warm, professional, and highly enjoyable first experience with a private chef at home. We would happily invite Elisabeth back and can wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for refined, home-based cooking that feels both special and comfortable.

Our evening with Chef Derek was unforgettable. It was one of the most ecstatic dining experiences I had in my life, comparable to Alinea in Chicago, but this time in our very own apartment. We discussed making a wedding and fathers day suprise to my husband who is an extremely picky eater, a New Yorker with well developed taste. Derek didn’t only transformed our apartment to a fine dining space but both visually, and tastefully crafted an unexpected, elegant, delicious yet very warm feeling. We can not wait to go back to their supper club, experience the warmth, beauty and creativity again. Derek and his partner are very professional, creative, passionate food and experience artists. I can 200% recommend them for any special occasion or just for a life enhancing treat for yourselves!

Heerlijke en bijzondere oost-Aziatische gerechten. Alleen de filet van beef was een beetje taai.

It was a great evening with delicious food and nice company from Léa. The contact was also very clear and friendly and extensive, so that the end-menu was exactly wat we wanted, with the helpful input from the professional, Léa! Thanks very much!

We enjoyed a lovely Birthday dinner at the coziness of our home with Chef Heri: fine Asian Fusion Cuisine aligned with nicely matching wines. Everything was organized in advance, and the food was delicious. The best part is that the kitchen was perfectly clean afterwards.

Chef Heri heeft samen met zijn assistent Theo bij ons thuis gezorgd voor een zeer smakelijk 4 gangen menu inclusief 2 amuses, waarbij in het bijzonder de heerlijke Okonomiyaki er bovenuit sprong. Onderdeel van ons gezelschap van 20 personen waren zowel gasten met glutenallergie als gasten met vegan dieetvoorkeuren. Chef Heri onderscheidde zich al tijdens het offerteproces met een menuvoorstel dat perfect aansloot op de dieetvoorkeuren waarbij de verschillen tussen 'wie wat kon eten' tot een minimum beperkt bleven. Chef Heri en Theo konden de groepsgrootte prima aan, communiceerden helder en waren netjes op tijd, waardoor ik ze zeker aan kan raden!

Aaron (chef) weet wat koken is op een uitmuntend niveau. Weet zijn gasten mee te nemen in een culinaire beleving. Is zeer toegankelijk, maakt er een mooi feestje van. Prettig in omgang en weet daarbij ook nog de oorsprong van diverse gerechten te vertellen. Zeker een aanrader!!

Aaron Auping is een mooi mens die met zijn zorgvuldig uitgekozen gerechten ons allen heeft verrast! Prettig in de omgang, uiterst professioneel werkend en gebruik makend van de beste producten!
