Chef Pascal Hennequin was waanzinnig: eten was van hoogstaand nivo en de communicatie en voorbereiding met Pascal verliep uitstekend. Pascal dacht ook goed mee met de menu wensen en de wijnen. Ik kan Pascal iedereen aanraden en zou hem zo weer boeken.

From the first communication till the end we had a great experience. With the help of Ashley I could great an amazing 4 course diner in Japanse style. We were amazed how well all was prepared and presented. The table was done by Ashley to start with and before she left all was cleaned up. The food was really really nice and well balanced. As this was the first time we had a cook at our house she really exceeded our expectations. We can highly recommend her!

Chef Andrea Borghero is not only a genuinely kind person, he’s also an exceptional cook. We hosted a dinner for four and he impressed us with every single dish. Thank you, Chef, for an unforgettable evening and a wonderful experience.

Het was een erg fijne avond. We hadden een workshop aangevraagd, maar ivm de kleine woonkamer en keuken van onze vakantiewoning was dit niet geheel goed uitvoerbaar. Dit hebben we vooraf ook met elkaar besproken. Knap hoe Jan in een kleine keuken toch een heerlijk menu heeft kunnen maken en alles zo netjes heeft kunnen houden! Jan was erg prettig in contact en kon veel vertellen over de gerechten en bijpassende wijnen.

Wij hadden een geweldige avond, heerlijk gegeten en totaal ontzorgd. Onze kleinzoon was helemaal fan van Jan, want hij moecht meehelpen. Dank je Jan voor een fijne avond.

Chef Reginald cooked for us after the Amsterdam marathon, and the meal absolutely hit the spot.

We zijn erg blij met wat Dante heeft gekookt. Hij werd door ons uitgedaagd om ook met een plantaardig 'vleesgerecht' te komen en dat heeft hij geweldig gedaan. De wine paring was helemaal top! Bovendien is Dante heel aardig en bescheiden. Dus een prachtige combinatie van lekker eten met een prettige chef.

Great communication, really tried to accommodate all our wishes and deliver outstanding results ! The guests were happy with how delicious the food was, and the hosts were thrilled to see the kitchen was left in impeccably clean state at the end of night. Chef Aaron THANK YOU for delivering a memorable 80th birthday to our mother along with her 25 guests !

Aaron was super nice and super friendly. I wasn’t feeling great that day and he was so kind a really supportive. He went out of his was to still help me have a good day. The food was amazing and respected the wishes. Communication was also perfect.
