De communicatie ging vlot. Ze dachten fijn mee en hadden een passende oplossing toen het aantal gasten ineens anders bleek te zijn. Heel blij mee! het eten was heerlijk, alle 20 borden waren bij elke gang helemaal leeg.

We had an AMAZING private dining experience at my place by @andreas_chrysomallis - highly recommend! Esp if you're into vegetables and fermentation goodnesse menu (there are tons to choose from): 1. Gigantes-Tomato Kimchi-White Asparagus ricotta 2. Celeriac Scallops 3. Slow-cooked cauliflower in curry butter, mint/cauliflower pesto, and curry cream 4. Chocolate and beetroot brownie soft cake, Milk chocolate and poached cherries And the bread and fermented butter were also next level good. Chef Andreas is super professional and a very nice guy that will take any dinner party to the next level - and after the dinner the kitchen was cleaner than when he started.

We hebben een geweldige ervaring gehad met Ariënne, ze had zelf voor al het eten gezorgd en zelfs een extra helpende hand. Het voelde echt alsof we in een restaurant waren waar ze voor ons kookten. maar nu was het veel ontspannende en rustiger omdat er geen gehaast was. Het eten was heerlijk en ze hield goed rekening met de wensen van ons wat top was, ook voor een kleine aanpassing was het niet erg. Wij hebben erg genoten en we hopen dat ze haar dromen waar kan maken!! Liefs de 6-vriendinnen van vriendinnenweekend :)

Grappige en spontane chef - en ook heel lekker gegeten!

Chef Sherwin was an absolute start! On Valentines Day, he prepared the most delicious, exciting and interesting menu for a group of my guests. The experience was so wonderful with every person genuinely enjoying every course. We appreciated him cooking for us an plan to reach out again for another dining experience. 10 stars all round, Sherwin is awesome!

We hebben een fantastisch kerstdiner gehad dankzij de kookkunsten van Marjoleine. Heerlijke gerechtjes, bereid en geserveerd met een glimlach, het kan niet beter!

We enjoyed a lovely Birthday dinner at the coziness of our home with Chef Heri: fine Asian Fusion Cuisine aligned with nicely matching wines. Everything was organized in advance, and the food was delicious. The best part is that the kitchen was perfectly clean afterwards.

We hebben een heerlijke vriendinnen avond gehad! Het diner en de wijnen waren super en Jelte had mooie tafelaankleding mee. Een van de vriendinnen was zwanger en qua drank en menu had Jelte dit top geregeld. Ook was de keuken heel netjes achter gelaten.

It was a great evening with delicious food and nice company from Léa. The contact was also very clear and friendly and extensive, so that the end-menu was exactly wat we wanted, with the helpful input from the professional, Léa! Thanks very much!

I recently had the pleasure of booking Chef Raffael, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the very beginning, I really appreciated the clear communication. The menu he proposed was spot on, perfectly tailored to our tastes, and absolutely delicious. Raffael makes everything from scratch and takes the time to explain how each dish is prepared, giving us a real insight into his craft. He strikes the perfect balance between professionalism and a relaxed, friendly vibe. I’ll definitely be booking him again in the future. Highly recommended!

Het was fantastisch! Hele bijzondere en fijne avond gehad allemaal dankzij Fay! Fay is echt dantastisch. Ze regelt een heel diner zonder dat je het eigenlijk merkt.

Chef Fay was absolutely out of this world and any expectations we had were exceeded! We experienced her passion and professionalism from the minute we started interacting, and all communication was always done in a friendly and timely manner. Chef Fay created an amazing menu for us with seasonal produce and managed to take us on a flavor journey unlike any other. She arrived well prepared with everything she needed and you could clearly tell that hours of preparation have already gone into the various elements. On top of being so well prepared, chef Fay is also extremely flexible and able to create the most amazing things in a heartbeat! An hour before our guests were due to arrived I enquired as to whether an additional course (amuse) would be possible, and even though this is never an ideal request, Fay did not hesitate to quickly get some fresh items from the AH and make this happen in the most amazing way imaginable. Chef Fay was absolutely lovely to have around; friendly, warm, spontaneous, courteous and so incredibly professional and polite. It was so lovely to enjoy the evening with our friends while glancing into the kitchen now and again to admire chef Fay at work, and then listen to her explain more about her creations with so much love and passion. She brought beautiful cutlery and crockery for every course and all courses were served with seamless elegance! Every course was absolutely gorgeous to look at but tasted even better than it looked. Chef Fay’s food is honest, sophisticated but not pretentious, modern and flavorful yet honoring some traditional elements, and full of imagination and surprise. Our guests could not stop talking about the food, and the manner in which chef Fay prepared and served it; and we share their sentiments! One of our guests kept saying “she’s a true natural professional” - and I think that says it all! We are more than thankful and appreciative for every single effort that went into making this evening unforgettable! It was perfection!

Pim heeft heerlijk voor ons gekookt en alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Wij hebben een erg fijne en smakelijke avond gehad.

Ik was via Chef Maison op Merlin en Sebastiaan gestuit terwijl ik op zoek was naar een thuis chef om mijn verjaardag te vieren. Wat begon als een diner voor 10 personen eindigde in een groep van 20. Ten alle tijden was de communicatie super, was men flexibel en dacht goed mee. We hebben enorm genoten van de ambiance, de service en natuurlijk het overheerlijke eten! Alle bordjes gingen leeg terug naar de keuken dus dat is het beste compliment ;). Dank jullie wel voor de top verzorgde avond!
