Chef Aaron was quick and clear in his communication and was able to adapt the menu to all our different wishes.
That was really great. He also had a lot to say about the products he used and always had good stories to tell.
He was clearly enjoying himself and got along well with all ages at the table (and running around the table).
It was a wonderful surprise for my parents to celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary with a chef at home!

Aaron heeft voor mijn verjaardag  een heerlijk 4 gangen diner met amuse gemaakt voor 8 personen. De communicatie vooraf was goed en duidelijk. Hij had alles goed voorbereid en zorgde samen met zijn hulpje voor een ontspannen en gezellige sfeer. De gerechten waren verassend en erg smaakvol. Heel fijn dat ze de keuken weer netjes en opgeruimd achter lieten. We hebben een geweldige avond gehad!

We hebben een fantastische avond gehad dankzij chef Aaron! We waren met een grote groep van 10 personen en hij had zelf geregeld dat er iemand was om te helpen, wat erg prettig was.

Het overleg vooraf verliep heel fijn en duidelijk. We konden aangeven wat we in het menu wilden hebben en Aaron kwam met verschillende voorstellen voor de gangen. Afwijkende dieetwensen waren daarbij geen enkel probleem.

Op de avond zelf is alles zeer soepel verlopen. Chef Aaron is daarnaast ontzettend vriendelijk en gezellig. Hij had voor ons een mooie menukaart voorbereid en lichtte bij elke gang toe wat we precies gingen eten. Ook gaf hij advies over bijpassende wijnen en voor de liefhebbers bood hij zelfs wijnarrangementen aan.

We vonden het erg fijn hoe flexibel Aaron was en we zullen zeker nog een keer van zijn kookkunsten gaan genieten!

Super chef & geweldige avond

Wat een ab-so-lúút fantastische avond was dit! 🤩 Op oudejaarsavond hebben wij met 16 man genoten van een diner aan huis, en alles klopte tot in de kleinste details. Aaron was onze topchef van de avond en wát een ervaring! Met zijn aanstekelijke enthousiasme en leuke uitleg bracht hij elk gerecht helemaal tot leven – en dan hebben we het nog niet eens over hoe ongelooflijk lekker alles was.

Ook vooraf was het contact super prettig: al onze wensen werden serieus genomen en perfect uitgevoerd. Dat gaf meteen vertrouwen, en dat was méér dan terecht. Naast zijn kookkunsten bleek Aaron, samen met zijn bediening John, ook nog eens een enorm gezellige toevoeging aan de avond.

We hebben gelachen, genoten en vooral fantastisch gegeten. Een start van het nieuwe jaar om niet te vergeten! Dit is zó goed bevallen dat we Aaron zonder twijfel vaker gaan inschakelen voor dit soort avonden.

Aaron (chef) weet wat koken is op een uitmuntend niveau. Weet zijn gasten mee te nemen in een culinaire beleving. Is zeer toegankelijk, maakt er een mooi feestje van. Prettig in omgang en weet daarbij ook nog de oorsprong van diverse gerechten te vertellen. Zeker een aanrader!!

De chef was vriendelijk en zorgde voor een ontspannen sfeer. Het eten was smakelijk en met zorg bereid. Dankzij zijn professionaliteit en gastvrije houding voelde het als een volledig verzorgde avond in ons huis. Een ervaring die we graag nog eens herhalen.

fKind, classy, and professional

For my parents’ 80th birthday, we booked a workshop with Chef Aaron Auping. He completely surprised us with his workshop. We have quite a bit of cooking experience, but we all gained many new ideas. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere that he and his sous-chef brought was wonderfully relaxed. Thank you, Aaron. We really enjoyed it.

Aaron was super nice and super friendly. I wasn’t feeling great that day and he was so kind a really supportive. He went out of his was to still help me have a good day. The food was amazing and respected the wishes. Communication was also perfect.

The guests were happy with how delicious the food was, and the hosts were thrilled to see the kitchen was left in impeccably clean state at the end of night. Chef Aaron THANK YOU for delivering a memorable 80th birthday to our mother along with her 25 guests !

Aaron is niet alleen een chef, hij is een gastheer en een planner. Hij heeft ons onbeschrijfelijk goed geholpen ons feest voor 60 mensen perfect te laten verlopen. Hij heeft overal bijgedragen waar mogelijk met de voorbereidingen en tijdens de middag-avond zelf. Het eten was perfect, iedereen heeft lekker gegeten en hij heeft netjes opgeruimd. Daarnaast is Aaron een hele aardige jongeman en zeer prettig om mee te communiceren en werken. Als ik meer sterren zou kunnen geven dan zou ik het doen.

Because of a cancellation we had to change our plans last minute. Aaron was responing very quick and was flexible, this saved our night/dinner. Dinner was nice and Aaron is very easygoing. He took us on a Journey with different courses, all coming with a nice explanation/story.

We hadden voor een klein gezelschap gekozen voor een frans menu met zowel vis als vlees. De coquilles waren fantastisch met de combinatie met zacht fruit. We waren verrast door de heerlijke groententaart als tussengerecht en de hele verse groenten uit Dronten bij het vlees. Het hele menu was evenwichtig en top bereid. We bevelen Aaron zeer aan om een persoonlijk diner te verzorgen!
