After 25 years as a chef in my own establishments, with numerous accolades in the guides of that era, I have been a Private Chef for the past 7 years.
I've discovered the joy of being closest to my clients, in their own homes, sharing moments of conviviality and a more personal approach that I hadn't experienced in my restaurants. Sharing and introducing new flavors, awakening the senses, and making taste buds tingle with pleasure through the discovery of my cuisine is what motivates me. Bringing joy.
