You can cancel your reservation up to 7 days before the event. If you cancel within 7 days of the event, you will be charged 50% of the total amount (groceries, prep). If you cancel within 3 days of the event, you will be charged the full amount.

This rarely happens. We have strict rules on cancelling our guests's requests and incentivize our chefs to never cancel. However, there might be emergencies. In this case, we will try to look for a chef within 24 hours of the cancellation - we cannot guarantee anything though. Refunds are of course granted if we cannot provide an alternative chef
