After training at the prestigious Plaza Athénée hotel in Paris, driven by a thirst for creativity, I entered numerous culinary competitions, including a second-place finish at the Trophée des Œufs de France (French Egg Trophy), a fourth-place finish at the Kikkoman competition chaired by Chef Le Quellec, and several appearances at the Création et Saveurs competitions.
Having worked as head chef and sous-chef in various restaurants, I'm now taking on a new challenge: sharing my expertise with you.
