My roots are in Tuscany, where I learned to cook in my grandmother’s kitchen, and my career has been devoted exclusively to preserving the true, uncompromising flavours of my heritage. I am the former owner of Cacciucco Cucina Toscana, Marin County’s destination for authentic Tuscan dining, and Botto Bistro, the world-famous restaurant celebrated for its bold approach and unwavering authenticity.

I focus solely on Tuscan cuisine — I don’t offer a little bit of everything, I offer the very best of one thing, perfected over a lifetime. I’ve cooked for Hollywood icons, music legends, and cultural figures — from Sean Penn and Francis Ford Coppola to Santana, Huey Lewis, Nicolas Cage, and George Lucas — and was the main character in the documentary Billion Dollar Bully, as well as featured on The Daily Show with Trevor Noah, Time Magazine, The New York Times, and BBC Sideways. Now based in the UK, I bring the same rustic-yet-refined Tuscan cuisine to private dinners, elegant celebrations, and exclusive cooking experiences.
