I’m Chef Diaa Saadeh, a professionally trained chef with an MBO Level 4 culinary diploma and more than 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Cooking is my passion. My specialties include Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine, BBQ, premium meat dishes, and modern international cuisine. I love combining authentic flavors with a modern and stylish presentation.

In addition to working as a private chef and freelance cook, I also provide cooking classes and support people who want to further develop their culinary skills. For me, a culinary experience is about more than just great food — it’s about hospitality, atmosphere, and creating a memorable experience for every guest.

Whether it’s an intimate dinner at home, a BBQ, a private party, a cooking workshop, or a larger event, I’m happy to create a menu that perfectly suits the occasion and reflects the wishes of my guests.
