I’m Manu, a professional chef for over 25 years. I’m a creator of taste with an unconventional path. I was born in Congo, discovered France at the age of 5, fell in love with French cuisine at 10 by testing recipes in the Journal de Mickey, and at 14 I was trained in Blois by a leading chef of French gastronomic cuisine.
During the Covid-19 crisis, I decided to put my skills at the service of restaurateurs who wanted to launch their own businesses or who needed a boost to their activities as a consultant. At 45, I missed being on the ground. In 2021, I fell in love with La Rochelle and its region, and a new culinary journey began…
