I began this journey in 2019, starting with five years of training at a hospitality institute in the province of Padua. My initial hands-on experience included working at Michelin-starred restaurants in Cortina and later in Milan. I went on to gain further experience at renowned five-star hotels in Riva del Garda, the Rhône-Alpes region of France, and South Tyrol. Eventually, I decided to embark on an entrepreneurial path, offering private chef services for guests in their own villas and residences. This venture has taken me to various locations beyond the Lake Garda area, including Tuscany (Chianti) and Sardinia (Porto Cervo).
