Hello! My name is gideon I’ve been cooking for about 12 years now. i grew up in Curacao and Started my passion of cooking at home as I proffered to make my own meals. as that went on, so did my passion. I started off as a Cooks help in Mariott hotel. From then on I moved to the Netherlands and started my journey in the culinary world. as i was doing my culinary studies i worked in restaurants such as De Pauw in Groningen it used to be a bib gourmand restaurant, Prins Maurits Huis in Blokzijl, Hotel Van Der Werf on Schiermonnikoog, Miss Jones in Voorburg and many other places that have shaped me and helped me hone the skills that I want to share with you.

The dish I'm most proud of is a simple one but it made me realize how much I love what I do and this is Pasta Carbonara. I Spent a week screwing around just to get it right.

My style of cooking is a mix of Mediterranean, French, Asian and Caribbean. It’s a crazy mix with some crazy flavors. My concept is Comfort food om a bit of a higher level. Look forward to Working with you and see what we can come up with
