From my own farm, I personally produce and use premium extra virgin olive oil, aromatic herbs, seasonal fruits, wild vegetables, almonds, oranges, and lemons.These are complemented by other carefully sourced ingredients from a tight-knit network of local producers and trusted stalls at the vibrant street food markets.
