About Chef Guilherme Costa
Young Portuguese chef, 29 years old, adaptable, rigorous, and dynamic. I have recently started my own business as a private chef in Nîmes, Arles, Avignon, and surrounding areas. After 12 years of working in high-end professional kitchens, I have decided to dedicate myself exclusively to the profession of private chef.
The foundation of my work is seasonality, local produce, and respect for ingredients.
